Sandon Road Methodist Church - Services.

Sandon Road Church has been serving God and the community in Bearwood, Birmingham for many years. We are part of the local Methodist Circuit along with other churches. We are in a small group of those churches along with City Road, Warley Woods, etc.

We are located on the corner of Sandon Road and Poplar Avenue, just off the Bearwood High Street.

Our services are on Sunday morning from 11:00am to 12:00 noon, all are welcome. If you are just passing through, or in the area temporarily,you are very welcome to pop in, share in our services and a cup of tea and biscuits afterwards.

Services

In our circuit there are several churches. We do not have enough Ministers to have one at every church service. What we do have is anumber of Lay Preachers who take our services. You may also see in our planner a reference to 'Local Arrangement'. On these Sundays it is the responsibilty of Sandon Road Worship Groups to arrange the service.This may mean that the worship Group take the service themselves or it may be that they invite a speaker/preacher from outside the circuit.

Once a month our own Minister will take Communion.
